Sacramento Jumps provided excellent customer service. It was so easy and quick to make my order. I immediately received my confirmation and also received a phone call the night before to confirm my setup time. The drivers contacted me that morning with a time of drop off. They were very friendly and set up very quickly. Our party ended early and I contacted the driver and within 20 minutes they came and took the jumper down and were on there way! The Jurassic jumper was so cute and everyone loved it. Especially my grandson who is a big Dinosaur fan Melinda Mercado 2-21-2015
Sacramento Party Jumps had the best price compared to other -companies I looked into, and delivered not only on time, but called to ask if they could deliver early. We had a great experience. I had reached out to another company before I called you, but they never returned my call or my email. With you, someone answered the phone right away. She was very nice and answered all of my questions and explained everything very well. We have never rented a bounce house before and this was great. The delivery man had to come early, which wasn't a problem. I was contacted twice to make sure it was okay. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Be sure to use SacJumps for your next event! I ordered 3 bounce houses, rock climbing wall, and dunk tank online using my credit card. I received a confirmation receipt within minutes. I also received a confirmation call. The staff arrived early and stayed late. They were very professional, the equipment was clean, and they treated our property with care.
